Hello Somerset Families!
As we prepare for our upcoming Conservation Champions Festival and Earth Day assembly, it is a meaningful time to pause and reflect on the Word of the Week, “threatened,” especially as it relates to our environment. Understanding what it means for a species or an ecosystem to be threatened helps us recognize the importance of our shared responsibility in caring for the planet. It invites us to protect the living things we coexist with and to approach all challenges with kindness, empathy, and a sense of belonging.
By staying curious and learning together, we can grow as thoughtful, informed stewards of the Earth, each of us playing a part in creating a more compassionate and sustainable world.
