First, I would like to invite everyone to join us at the School Council and The Friends of Somerset School Foundation Meeting this coming Thursday January 16 beginning at 6:15pm. It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together, share ideas, and work as a team to support our school community. We truly appreciate your involvement and hope to see many of you there!
If you have a child who will be starting Kindergarten in the 2025-2026 school year, now is the time to begin the Kindergarten Registration process. Please visit our school website or contact the office for more details. We look forward to welcoming our newest learners to Somerset!
Additionally, don’t forget to sign up for the Healthy Hunger Fun Lunch—a great way to enjoy nutritious meals while supporting school events and activities. More information and sign-up details are included in this update.
Lastly, our Word of the Week is "relieved." This is a great reminder of how it feels when we can let go of a worry or stress. Whether it’s finishing a big project, feeling better after a long day, or solving a problem, we all experience that sense of relief when things fall into place. Encourage your children to share moments when they felt relieved this week!
