Welcome Back BBQ | Friday Sept. 19
We’re excited to invite you to our Welcome Back BBQ and Meet the Teacher presentations this Friday!
BBQ Lunch (during school hours): Students will enjoy a BBQ lunch, with regular dismissal at 12:55 pm.
Food Allergies/Restrictions: If your child has any dietary needs, please let us know by clicking HERE.

Grade-Level Presentation Times:
- 1:15 – 1:30 → Grade 1
- 1:30 – 1:45 → Grade 2

Reminder: Complete Annual SchoolEngage Forms | by September 15
Each year, parents/guardians must complete or update annual forms (some paper, some online). These forms are required by Alberta Education for funding. Incomplete forms may affect your child’s education funding.
How to Complete Forms:
- Sign in to your MyCBE account (same account used for fees, conferences, and academic info).
- Click the SchoolEngage icon.
- Select the form.
- Complete/review and update.
- Click Submit to send electronically.
- Repeat for each form and for each child.

Don’t miss the fun and tasty Fun Lunch experience, organized by our School Council. It’s a great way for students to enjoy a special meal and families to support our school community.
Please note: Orders must be placed by the Saturday before each Fun Lunch date. Once the cut-off passes, late orders cannot be accepted, so be sure to get your order in on time
